GED Online has partnered with Heritage West High School in order to provide students nationwide with the opportunity to get their high school diplomas. We offer an online high school diploma course which can be completed on the student’s own time schedule.

Heritage West High School is a proud member of the Capitol Network for Distance Learning Programs (CNDLP). CNDLP incorporates strict guidelines and monitors partner programs on a monthly basis in order to ensure the interests of the students and curriculum objectives are being met.

Students who complete our program and order the graduation package can take advantage of the thirty day money back guarantee that our school offers. If for any reason a student is not pleased with the high school graduation package received, they can return it for up to thirty days and receive a refund of the entire diploma package cost. Shipping fees are non refundable and a $15 deduction will be applied to the total refund amount.

If a student purchases our high school diploma graduation package and wishes to return it within thirty days for a refund, the following steps must be completed to ensure that the package is received and processed in a timely fashion:
  • Before you mail your package back, contact us and explain the issue you have. Tell us why you are not satisfied with your package so that we may have an opportunity to correct a potential issue that can be resolved.
  • Also, please tell us of any quality or service issues you have with your graduation package. If it is an issue that can be resolved, we will work diligently to ensure a positive outcome.
  • If it is an issue that can't be resolved, mail the entire graduation package back to us in order to get the refund. When you mail your high school diploma graduation package back to us, you will need to include the printed out return request approval form. Mail your package to the address that is listed on the approval form.

If you paid for your graduation package via credit card, we will credit your credit card within three business days. The credit will include the full price of the graduation package minus the $15.00 return processing fee.

If you paid by check or money order for your package, you will receive your refund in the mail within fifteen business days. This refund will also be a full refund minus the $15.00 return processing fee.

While CNDLP members’ programs are widely accepted by a broad variety of organizations and employers, we do not make any implied or express warranties, endorsements or representations regarding our site, service, program content or uses. It is up to an organization or employer to decide if they wish to accept our program.
